Over the last few days, AMM realised that he is quite an angsty person.
So many things has happened that AMM usually brush away and sweep under that invisible carpet in his mind and surpress feelings. It is not a very healthy thing but sometimes it cant be helped.
AMM can trace back to when it all it began but perhaps maybe its better to go for professional help? But even then, AMM would guess that ultimately the professional will advise to confront various people so that there is closure.
Its hard to be truly happy when theres so much pent up frustrations and anger but perhaps the best way would just to learn to let go.
