MB&F at 2012 Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Geneve

I love my watches, especially horological wonders. Not that I can afford any, because their price range is way way out of my league! But one can aspire to own one of them can they not?

MB&F is probably one of my favourite brands out there. My favourite amongst all the watches would be the Horological Machine No.4 (HM 4) Thunderbolt. For HM 4 Thunderbolt, for those who are not familiar, the dials are set perpendicularly in a case that is supposed to resemble two jet turbine pods.

MB&F has also recently won the “Best Men’s Watch” prize and the “Public Prize” at the recently concluded Grand Prix d’Horologerie de Geneve 2012 with the Legacy Machine No 1.

The Legacy Machine No 1 pays homage to the rich watchmaking traditions of the 18th and 19th centuries; and above all, an authentic three-dimensional MB&F machine.
